摘要：選擇基于Revit軟件的ODBC開發(fā)方法，通過分析并改進(jìn)Revit軟件中工程量計算規(guī)則，建立構(gòu)件屬性與插件的數(shù)據(jù)映射，開發(fā)附加在Revit2013上的算量插件，能夠輸出符合清單規(guī)則的構(gòu)件工程量；通過論證BIM設(shè)計軟件輸出清單量的可行性，有利于設(shè)計與造價BIM信息的對接和互用。

Abstract：This paper adopts an ODBC approach in the Revit 2013 as a possible way to overcome the above difficulty. First，measurement rules of construction bill quantities of Revit 2013 has been carefully studied and then modified to meet the requirements of “Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works（GB50500-2013）”. After establishing a mapping between construction work attributes and the ODBC keywords，a plug-in in Revit 2013 has been developed to identify and measure construction work volumes and cost relative information to output a BOQ. Thus it has been approved feasible that a BIM design software could be able to provide compliant BOQ with the Chinese regulations，which significantly helps building information interface and interoperate between designers and cost estimators.
