【摘要】：高校財務報銷過程普遍耗費的時間較長,大多在2小時左右,報銷效率非常低下�？紤]到網(wǎng)絡報賬暫時還無法全面推廣,通過應用精益生產(chǎn)的方法進行流程再造,增加在二級單位增加報銷單據(jù)預審程序,整個報銷過程的時間從113分鐘降低到58分鐘,現(xiàn)場報銷時間從83分鐘減少到43分鐘,報銷效率顯著提高。
[Abstract]:The financial reimbursement process in colleges and universities generally takes a long time, most of which are about 2 hours, and the reimbursement efficiency is very low. Considering that the network accounting can not be popularized for the time being, the process reengineering is carried out by using the lean production method, and the pre-trial procedure of reimbursement documents is increased in the secondary units. the time of the whole reimbursement process is reduced from 113 minutes to 58 minutes, and the on-site reimbursement time is reduced from 83 minutes to 43 minutes, and the reimbursement efficiency is significantly improved.
