【摘要】：正一、在企業(yè)推廣應(yīng)用管理會計的必要性(一)推廣應(yīng)用管理會計是適應(yīng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的要求。企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,離不開經(jīng)營管理水平的提升,因而加強企業(yè)的內(nèi)部管理顯得尤為重要。由于傳統(tǒng)的財務(wù)會計主要側(cè)重于事后反映和監(jiān)督,難以完全適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)強化經(jīng)營管理的需要,而管理會計側(cè)重于利用財務(wù)會計
[Abstract]:First, the necessity of popularizing applied management accounting in enterprises (1) popularizing applied management accounting is to meet the requirements of enterprise transformation and upgrading. The transformation and upgrading of enterprises can not be separated from the improvement of management level, so it is particularly important to strengthen the internal management of enterprises. Because the traditional financial accounting is mainly focused on post-reflection and supervision, it is difficult to fully meet the needs of modern enterprises to strengthen their management, while management accounting focuses on the use of financial accounting.
