【摘要】：英國特許注冊會計師(ACCA)職業(yè)教育與本科學歷教育相結(jié)合是中國會計人才培養(yǎng)模式的重大創(chuàng)新�；�10所高校ACCA人才培養(yǎng)模式的考察表明:ACCA教育在培養(yǎng)目標、協(xié)同育人、教學方法和管理評估等方面具有"實""深""活""精"的特色;ACCA培養(yǎng)模式下的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率、升學率、出國深造率及英語能力都明顯好于會計學專業(yè)普通班;ACCA教育能促進高校師資隊伍國際化的建設(shè)。中國ACCA高級會計人才培養(yǎng)的成功實踐具有以下啟示:建設(shè)一流學科和專業(yè)必須以市場需求為導向創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,以提升職業(yè)能力為目標實施多方協(xié)同育人,以學生為中心建立"活"而"精"的教學和管理方式。
[Abstract]:The combination of (ACCA) vocational education and undergraduate education is a significant innovation of Chinese accounting personnel training model. Based on the investigation of ACCA talent training model in 10 colleges and universities, it is shown that ACCA education has the characteristics of "real", "deep", "active" and "fine" in the aspects of training goal, cooperative education, teaching method and management evaluation. The graduate employment rate, graduation rate, further study rate and English ability under the ACCA training mode are obviously better than those in the general class of accounting major, and ACCA education can promote the construction of internationalized teaching staff in colleges and universities. The successful practice of ACCA advanced accounting talents cultivation in China has the following enlightenment: in order to build first-class disciplines and specialties, we must take the market demand as the guidance and innovate the talent training model, and carry out multi-party cooperative education with the aim of improving professional ability. Take the student as the center to establish the "live" but the "fine" teaching and management method.
