【摘要】：集團(tuán)差旅費(fèi)的管控不嚴(yán)格是增加差旅支出的重要因素,需要制定科學(xué)的管控政策來(lái)降低企業(yè)的發(fā)展成本。本文主要探究集團(tuán)差旅費(fèi)的管控政策與實(shí)施,通過(guò)分析集團(tuán)差旅費(fèi)管控問(wèn)題,制定了嚴(yán)格的差旅費(fèi)計(jì)劃、控制差旅費(fèi)細(xì)則、與績(jī)效掛鉤以及運(yùn)用科技手段等措施,以期可以嚴(yán)格的控制企業(yè)的差旅費(fèi),降低企業(yè)的發(fā)展成本。
[Abstract]:Group travel is not strictly controlled is an important factor in increasing travel expenses, need to formulate scientific control policies to reduce the development costs of enterprises.
