【摘要】：高�？蒲薪�(jīng)費管理過程中存在著項目負責人經(jīng)費管理意識淡薄、科研經(jīng)費使用不規(guī)范、科研經(jīng)費管理制度與現(xiàn)實脫節(jié)、科研經(jīng)費報銷程序煩瑣復雜等問題。建議應通過提高科研人員對科研經(jīng)費管理的認識、完善科研經(jīng)費預算編制管理、強化科研經(jīng)費使用的監(jiān)督管理、規(guī)范結余經(jīng)費的后續(xù)管理、加強科研經(jīng)費信息化管理等措施,來提升科研資金的使用效益。井岡山大學近年來努力進行科研經(jīng)費管理的探索與實踐,采取院校兩級管理、項目負責人負責制、信息化管理和預算管理等措施,促進了學�？蒲泄ぷ鞯慕】蛋l(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities there are some problems such as weak consciousness of managing funds in charge of projects, irregular use of scientific research funds, disconnection between the management system of scientific research funds and reality, and cumbersome and complicated procedures for reimbursement of scientific research funds. It is suggested that measures should be taken to improve the scientific research personnel's understanding of the management of scientific research funds, to perfect the management of the budget for scientific research funds, to strengthen the supervision and management of the use of scientific research funds, to standardize the follow-up management of surplus funds, and to strengthen the information management of scientific research funds. To improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds. In recent years, Jinggangshan University has made great efforts to explore and practice the management of scientific research funds. It has promoted the healthy development of the scientific research work of the university by taking measures such as the two-level management of colleges and universities, the responsibility system of the project leaders, the information management and the budget management, etc.
