【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化程度的提高和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與外界的聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密,市場(chǎng)對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才的國(guó)際化要求也逐步提高。同時(shí),會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)組織通過(guò)其資格準(zhǔn)入要求來(lái)反映市場(chǎng)對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)師的能力要求,這也是市場(chǎng)對(duì)高校會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)教育提出的目標(biāo)。為了保證高校在會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)中的核心地位,會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)有必要強(qiáng)化國(guó)際化教育,并加強(qiáng)與會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)團(tuán)體,尤其是國(guó)際會(huì)計(jì)師職業(yè)團(tuán)體的聯(lián)系,及時(shí)對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和課程結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的要求,幫助學(xué)生培養(yǎng)綜合能力以使其獲得更好的職業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the degree of global economic integration and the closer and closer relationship between China's economy and the outside world, the internationalization requirements of accounting professionals in the market are also gradually raised. At the same time, accounting professional organizations reflect the ability requirements of accountants through their qualification requirements, which is also the goal of accounting education in colleges and universities. In order to ensure the core position of colleges and universities in the training of accounting professionals, it is necessary for the accounting profession to strengthen the internationalization education and to strengthen the relationship with accounting professional groups, especially the international accountant professional groups. The teaching content and curriculum structure should be adjusted in time to meet the requirements of the market and help students to develop their comprehensive abilities in order to achieve better professional development.
