【摘要】：醫(yī)院運營管理是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理中的重要內(nèi)容,管理會計工作為醫(yī)院運營管理提供了重要的載體,是實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院財務戰(zhàn)略目標的重要手段,是向管理要效益的重要舉措。結(jié)合工作實際對探尋醫(yī)院管理會計應用、運營管控突破口提出了轉(zhuǎn)變醫(yī)院運營管理思路,提升資產(chǎn)利用效率、發(fā)揮資產(chǎn)效能,實施精準化成本控制,強化責任擔當意識、推行責任會計中心,建立覆蓋醫(yī)院完整化的大信息平臺系統(tǒng),關(guān)注醫(yī)保病人費用管控,注重衛(wèi)生材料的管控,發(fā)揮財務與管理會計職能等管理會計應用重點。
[Abstract]:Hospital operation and management is an important content in modern hospital management. Management accounting provides an important carrier for hospital operation and management, is an important means to achieve the financial strategic goal of hospital, and is an important measure to benefit from management. Combined with the actual work, this paper puts forward the idea of transforming hospital operation management, improving the efficiency of asset utilization, exerting asset efficiency, carrying out precise cost control, and strengthening the sense of responsibility, combining with the practice of exploring the application of hospital management accounting and the breakthrough of operation control. Implementing responsibility accounting center, establishing a large information platform system covering the integrity of hospital, paying attention to the cost control of medical insurance patients, paying attention to the control of sanitary materials, giving play to the functions of finance and management accounting, and so on.
