【摘要】：培養(yǎng)具有不斷學(xué)習(xí)新知識、創(chuàng)造新事物能力的應(yīng)用型會計人才,是開放教育需要進(jìn)一步探索的人才培養(yǎng)模式,其核心在于課程教學(xué)模式改革�！陡呒壺攧�(wù)會計》是會計學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生必修的一門專業(yè)主干課程,根據(jù)"寬口徑、厚基礎(chǔ)、高素質(zhì)、強(qiáng)能力"的教學(xué)管理目標(biāo)和培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型會計人才的育人目標(biāo),結(jié)合多年來從事該課程教學(xué)的心得體會和學(xué)生調(diào)查反饋情況,本文主要針對國家開放大學(xué)會計專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),詳細(xì)分析了該課程的特點及教育教學(xué)過程中的現(xiàn)狀,提出了《高級財務(wù)會計》課程教學(xué)的改革思路,尋求有效的會計學(xué)專業(yè)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:Cultivating applied accounting talents with the ability to continuously learn new knowledge and create new things is a talent training model that needs to be further explored in open education. The core of this course is the reform of the teaching mode of the course. "Advanced Financial Accounting" is a required major course for accounting students. According to "wide caliber, thick foundation, high quality," The teaching management goal of "strong ability" and the education goal of cultivating applied accounting talents, combined with the experience of teaching in this course for many years and the students' investigation and feedback, Aiming at the training goal of accounting professionals in National Open University, this paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of the course and the present situation in the course of education and teaching, and puts forward the reform ideas of the course of Advanced Financial Accounting. To seek an effective training model of applied talents in accounting major.
