【摘要】：目前我國餐飲行業(yè)正處于激烈的競爭階段,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化,一系列外資企業(yè)、跨國企業(yè)也紛紛進(jìn)入國內(nèi)餐飲市場,面對這種復(fù)雜的局面,餐飲行業(yè)就必須對自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢有一個全面的了解,發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,彌補劣勢,以便更好的面對市場競爭。西安飲食股份有限公司是我國餐飲企業(yè)中較大的一家上市公司,因此本文選擇其最近3年的財務(wù)報表數(shù)據(jù),對其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的財務(wù)報表分析與評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對策,以此來為我國餐飲行業(yè)提供借鑒,幫助其提高在市場中的競爭力。
[Abstract]:At present, the catering industry in our country is in a stage of fierce competition. With the globalization of the economy, a series of foreign-funded enterprises and multinational enterprises have also entered the domestic catering market one after another, facing this complicated situation. The catering industry must have a comprehensive understanding of its own strengths and weaknesses, play its strengths, make up for weaknesses, in order to better face the market competition. Xi'an Catering Co., Ltd. is a large listed company in Chinese catering enterprises. Therefore, this paper selects its financial statement data for the last three years, carries on the systematic financial statement analysis and the appraisal to it, discovers the existing problem, The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for Chinese catering industry and to help them improve their competitiveness in the market.
