【摘要】：正內(nèi)部控制是企業(yè)緊隨時(shí)代潮流、提升經(jīng)營(yíng)效率和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的迫切需要,對(duì)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。2012年5月,國(guó)資委下發(fā)了《關(guān)于加快構(gòu)建中央企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制體系有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的通知》(國(guó)資發(fā)評(píng)價(jià)〔2012〕68號(hào)),明確要求中央企業(yè)開展內(nèi)部控制體系建設(shè)。為進(jìn)一步深化和鞏固內(nèi)部改革成果,公司作為國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司內(nèi)部控制建設(shè)試點(diǎn)單位,以占資金50%以上、涉及部門最多、業(yè)務(wù)流程最長(zhǎng)的項(xiàng)目資產(chǎn)全過(guò)程管理為切入點(diǎn),開展內(nèi)部
[Abstract]:Positive internal control is an urgent need for enterprises to follow the trend of the times and improve their operating efficiency and international competitiveness, which is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises. The SASAC issued the Circular on matters related to speeding up the Construction of the Central Enterprise Internal Control system (No. 68) (Evaluation of the State Capital Development and Development, 2012), explicitly requiring the central enterprises to carry out the construction of the internal control system. In order to further deepen and consolidate the achievements of internal reform, the company, as a pilot unit of internal control construction of the State Grid Company, takes more than 50% of the funds, involving the most departments and the longest business process, as the entry point for the whole process management of project assets.
