【摘要】：管理會計是財務會計的補充,是為企業(yè)管理決策服務的工具。通過對企業(yè)內部、行業(yè)、產業(yè)鏈等信息和數(shù)據的收集、整合、分析、處理,從而判斷企業(yè)運營狀況,為改進企業(yè)運行流程、提高資源分配和使用效率,為管理者高效、準確、數(shù)據化的決策提供信息保障,這就是管理會計的作用。本文通過對管理會計體系建設的研究,提出了建設以信息化系統(tǒng)為基礎的管理會計體系,建立相適應的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理體制,為建筑施工企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提出了值得借鑒的建議。
[Abstract]:Management accounting is a supplement to financial accounting and a tool for enterprise management decision-making. Through the collection, integration, analysis and processing of information and data within the enterprise, industry, industry chain, and so on, so as to judge the operation status of the enterprise, to improve the operation process of the enterprise, to improve the resource allocation and use efficiency, and to make the manager efficient and accurate. Data-based decision-making provides information protection, which is the role of management accounting. Based on the research on the construction of management accounting system, this paper puts forward the construction of management accounting system based on information system, and sets up a suitable modern enterprise management system. Some suggestions are put forward for the sustainable and healthy development of construction enterprises.
