【摘要】:成本是企業(yè)生存之本,對于施工企業(yè)來說更甚,是不可回避的核心控制問題,對其重視的程度將直接影響到建筑施工項目成本控制成效,繼而對施工單位整體利益產(chǎn)生重大影響,可以說施工單位加強對項目的成本控制,最大化地將施工成本降低,提高項目整體效益,對施工企業(yè)來說,有利于完善其市場創(chuàng)新能力及市場競爭力,反之則被市場邊緣化,甚至被市場所淘汰,因此,強化對項目成本的控制,對施工企業(yè)的意義非常重大。鑒于項目控制對當前施工單位的重大影響,本論文以國內(nèi)項目成本控制現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),綜合成本控制相關(guān)理論,以湖南SD八局工程公司項目施工的具體情況,對湖南SD公司項目成本管理問題進行深入剖析,并以問題為導(dǎo)向,分別從組織層面、技術(shù)層面、經(jīng)濟層面對公司項目成本控制當前存在的問題進行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對湖南SD八局工程公司項目成本進行系統(tǒng)研究,構(gòu)建與湖南SD八局工程公司發(fā)展相匹配的項目成本控制體系,動態(tài)展示其項目成果的相關(guān)舉措,目的是降低公司的項目施工成本,提高公司的整體市場核心競爭力。并寄希望湖南SD八局工程公司的項目施工成本優(yōu)化模式對行業(yè)內(nèi)相關(guān)企業(yè)的發(fā)展有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:The cost is the foundation of the enterprise's survival, especially for the construction enterprise, which is the core control problem that can not be avoided. The degree of attention to the cost control of the construction project will directly affect the effectiveness of the cost control of the construction project. It can be said that the construction unit strengthens the cost control of the project, maximizes the reduction of the construction cost, improves the overall benefit of the project, and for the construction enterprise, it has a significant impact on the overall interests of the construction unit. It is beneficial to improve its market innovation ability and market competitiveness, otherwise it will be marginalized or even eliminated by the market. Therefore, it is very important for construction enterprises to strengthen the control of project cost. In view of the great influence of project control on current construction units, this paper is based on the current situation of domestic project cost control, synthesizes the relevant theories of cost control, and takes the specific construction situation of Hunan SD eighth Bureau Engineering Company. This paper deeply analyzes the project cost management of Hunan SD Company, and optimizes the current problems of project cost control from the organizational level, technical level and economic level. On the basis of previous studies, this paper systematically studies the project cost of Hunan SD eighth Bureau Engineering Company, constructs a project cost control system that matches the development of Hunan SD eighth Bureau Engineering Company, and dynamically displays the relevant measures of its project results. The aim is to reduce the project construction cost and improve the core competitiveness of the company's overall market. It is hoped that the project construction cost optimization model of Hunan SD eighth Bureau Engineering Company can be used for reference for the development of related enterprises in the industry.
