【摘要】：商業(yè)匯票的廣泛流通,為企業(yè)支付結算和融資提供了便利、豐富了途徑,但也帶來了在管理成本、使用效率及風險控制等方面的諸多問題。文章以開灤集團為研究對象,結合開灤集團設立財務公司的實際情況,提出了開灤集團建立新型"票據(jù)池"管理模式,為實施資金集中管理的大型企業(yè)集團提供參考。
[Abstract]:The wide circulation of commercial bills of exchange facilitates the payment settlement and financing of enterprises and enriches the channels, but also brings many problems in the aspects of management cost, use efficiency and risk control. Taking Kailuan Group as the research object and combining with the actual situation of Kailuan Group's establishment of financial company, this paper puts forward a new management mode of "bill pool" in Kailuan Group, which provides a reference for large enterprise groups that implement centralized capital management.
