【摘要】:隨著時代的發(fā)展,利率的變化已趨于市場化,對商業(yè)銀行的傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的利潤影響也越來越明顯,各個商業(yè)銀行間的競爭也越來越激烈,而行業(yè)競爭的加劇對商業(yè)銀行謀求新的盈利方式和平衡高收益與財務(wù)風(fēng)險的能力也提出了更高要求。商業(yè)銀行如何在面臨外部監(jiān)管和內(nèi)部威脅的雙重壓力下,建立科學(xué)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制體系加強財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制已成為其在同質(zhì)化競爭下脫穎而出的關(guān)鍵制勝點。S商業(yè)銀行作為商業(yè)銀行中近年規(guī)模發(fā)展迅速,盈利模式不斷創(chuàng)新的代表性銀行,其對財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制的要求也不斷加深。因此,研究S商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制問題不但是自身適應(yīng)當(dāng)下激烈競爭環(huán)境的需要,而且還可以為其他同類型商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展提供經(jīng)驗借鑒。基于此,本文通過對S商業(yè)銀行的財務(wù)風(fēng)險進行主要研究,首先對其經(jīng)營狀況從其主營業(yè)務(wù)構(gòu)成以及信用評級進行大致分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)前對其管理情況的了解,對其面臨的財務(wù)風(fēng)險進行識別,然后從五個方面來對其財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制的現(xiàn)狀進行具體分析,包括內(nèi)部控制風(fēng)險、資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量風(fēng)險、資本風(fēng)險、流動性風(fēng)險以及盈利性風(fēng)險,本文進一步對S商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制存在的問題進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在著四方面的問題,即內(nèi)部控制方式不足以面對當(dāng)前發(fā)展形勢、信用風(fēng)險管理與業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量需求脫節(jié)、資本結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控以應(yīng)對監(jiān)督檢查為目的以及流動性風(fēng)險管理工作開展深度不夠,針對這些問題本文闡述了其存在的原因。為使S商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)風(fēng)險水平降到最低,以實現(xiàn)其最大的利潤,本文針對S商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)風(fēng)險的控制,通過資產(chǎn)負(fù)債理論及全面風(fēng)險管理理論的運用,提出了一些降低風(fēng)險的建議:第一、優(yōu)化內(nèi)部控制系統(tǒng),借助系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)格化改進科學(xué)管理內(nèi)部控制過程;第二、完善風(fēng)險信息管理體系,進一步完善風(fēng)險防范架構(gòu);第三、優(yōu)化資本結(jié)構(gòu)安排,擴充內(nèi)外源資本總額;第四、控制流動性風(fēng)險,并不斷完善流動性測評體制。最后本文為確保優(yōu)化策略的實施提出了三方面的保障措施,并針對這一研究成果做出總結(jié),以期幫助S商業(yè)銀行更好的控制財務(wù)風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the change of interest rate has become more and more market-oriented, and the influence on the profit of the traditional business of commercial banks is becoming more and more obvious, and the competition among commercial banks is becoming more and more intense.The intensification of competition in the industry also puts forward higher requirements for commercial banks to seek new ways of profit and to balance the ability of high income and financial risks.How commercial banks are under the dual pressure of external supervision and internal threats,The establishment of a scientific financial risk control system to strengthen financial risk control has become the key winning point. S commercial bank, as a commercial bank, has developed rapidly in recent years as a commercial bank.The financial risk control requirements of the representative banks with constantly innovating profit model are also deepening.Therefore, the study of S commercial bank financial risk control is not only to adapt to the needs of the current fierce competition environment, but also to provide experience for the development of other commercial banks of the same type.Based on this, this paper carries on the main research to the financial risk of S commercial bank, first carries on the general analysis to its management condition from its main business composition and the credit rating, unifies the current understanding to its management situation,Then it analyzes the current situation of financial risk control from five aspects, including internal control risk, asset quality risk, capital risk, liquidity risk and profitability risk.This paper further analyzes the problems existing in the financial risk control of S commercial bank, and finds that there are four problems in the control, that is, the internal control mode is not sufficient to face the current development situation, and the credit risk management is out of line with the business quality demand.The purpose of capital structure regulation is to deal with supervision and inspection and the depth of liquidity risk management is not deep enough.In order to reduce the level of financial risk of S commercial bank to the lowest level and realize its maximum profit, this paper aims at the control of financial risk of S commercial bank, applies the theory of assets and liabilities and the theory of total risk management.Put forward some suggestions to reduce risk: first, optimize the internal control system, improve the process of scientific management internal control with the help of system grid; second, perfect the risk information management system, further improve the risk prevention framework; third,Optimize the arrangement of capital structure, expand the total amount of internal and external capital; fourth, control liquidity risk, and constantly improve the liquidity evaluation system.Finally, this paper puts forward three safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization strategy, and summarizes the research results in order to help S commercial banks to better control financial risks.
