【摘要】：在新型城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展方針不斷推廣的形勢(shì)下,城市綜合開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展前景在逐漸優(yōu)化,建筑行業(yè)開(kāi)始呈現(xiàn)出較好的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),越來(lái)越多的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)開(kāi)始進(jìn)入到城市綜合開(kāi)發(fā)中。與此同時(shí),各種城市開(kāi)發(fā)政策陸續(xù)出臺(tái),政府融資這一傳統(tǒng)的城市建設(shè)模式徹底退出城建工程,取而代之的是PPP模式。為此,本文分析了PPP模式下城市開(kāi)發(fā)的特點(diǎn)、開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)面臨的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、防控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的方式。
[Abstract]:Under the situation of continuous promotion of the new urban development policy, the development prospects of the urban comprehensive development market are gradually optimized, the construction industry began to show a better development trend, and more and more real estate enterprises began to enter into the urban comprehensive development.At the same time, a variety of urban development policies have been issued, government financing, a traditional mode of urban construction completely quit the urban construction project, replaced by the PPP model.Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of urban development in PPP mode, the financial risks faced by enterprises, and the ways to prevent and control risks.
