【摘要】：受經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和市場化的持續(xù)推動(dòng)影響,企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商、政府、客戶、員工和其他企業(yè)等群體間的聯(lián)系更加密切,企業(yè)在日常經(jīng)營當(dāng)中將如何處理好與這些群體之間的關(guān)系就顯得極其重要。伊利股份是我國乳制品行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè),全國乳制品領(lǐng)先企業(yè),2008年奧運(yùn)會(huì)的贊助商。最近幾年,伊利股份的發(fā)展速度迅速,但是如何保持增長的態(tài)勢對(duì)伊利股份至關(guān)重要。僅從財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的角度出發(fā),只有保持較好的盈利水平,才能基本滿足企業(yè)自身和各利益群體的利益,才能間接提高企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績效。以利益相關(guān)者理論和委托代理理論為基礎(chǔ),采用因子分析法對(duì)伊利股份的財(cái)務(wù)績效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),旨在從利益相關(guān)者視角提升伊利股份的財(cái)務(wù)績效,找出影響績效的因素。通過運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)伊利股份的財(cái)務(wù)績效計(jì)算,測算不同的時(shí)期的財(cái)務(wù)績效水平,進(jìn)而對(duì)選取的期間內(nèi)的財(cái)務(wù)績效水平進(jìn)行綜合得分排名并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:盈利水平是企業(yè)的績效水平的基礎(chǔ),只有保持凈利潤為正,才能較好的維護(hù)不同的利益相關(guān)者的利益。只有綜合考慮各種利益相關(guān)者的利益,伊利股份才能保持目前的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:Affected by the continued drive of economic globalization and marketization, companies are more closely linked to groups such as suppliers, governments, customers, employees and other enterprises, It is extremely important for enterprises to handle their relations with these groups in their daily operations. Yili shares is the leading enterprise in China's dairy industry, the leading dairy company in the country, and a sponsor of the 2008 Olympic Games. In recent years, Yili shares develop rapidly, but how to maintain the growth situation is very important to Yili shares. Only from the perspective of financial indicators, can the interests of enterprises and various interest groups be basically satisfied by maintaining a good profit level. Based on stakeholder theory and principal-agent theory, this paper evaluates the financial performance of Yili shares by factor analysis, aiming at improving the financial performance of Yili shares from the perspective of stakeholders. By using factor analysis to calculate the financial performance of Yili shares, the financial performance level of different periods is calculated. The results show that the profit level is the basis of the performance level of the enterprise, only to maintain the net profit is positive, the financial performance level of the selected period is ranked comprehensively and the results are analyzed, and the results show that the profit level is the basis of the performance level of the enterprise, and only the net profit is positive. Only when the interests of various stakeholders are considered synthetically, can Yili share maintain its current development trend.
