【摘要】：建筑業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),同時(shí)也是一個(gè)高資源消耗、低循環(huán)利用的行業(yè),其自身發(fā)展的同時(shí)對(duì)環(huán)境也造成了極大的破壞。所以,綠色建筑的產(chǎn)生是這一行業(yè)的必然趨勢(shì)。本文介紹了我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段綠色建筑的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,研究了綠色建筑在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的價(jià)值,并對(duì)綠色建筑的成本效益進(jìn)行了分析研究,以期使社會(huì)對(duì)于綠色建筑的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有更加真實(shí)的認(rèn)識(shí),從而消除誤解,真正推動(dòng)綠色建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important pillar industry of national economy, construction industry is also a high resource consumption, low recycling industry, its own development at the same time caused great damage to the environment. The emergence of green building is the inevitable trend of this industry. This paper introduces the development of green building in our country at present, studies the value of green building in economy, and analyzes the cost benefit of green building. In order to make the society have a more real understanding of the economic benefits of green buildings, so as to eliminate misunderstandings and really promote the development of green building industry.
