【摘要】：選取我國2009~2015年滬、深A股重污染行業(yè)的172家樣本企業(yè)為對象,研究其在我國控制大氣污染的相關(guān)措施不斷出臺的背景下,是否會為規(guī)避政治成本而進行真實盈余管理。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):我國重污染企業(yè)會因為政治成本進行向下的真實盈余管理;相對于國有企業(yè),非國有企業(yè)難以獲取政府補貼,政治成本更高,向下的真實盈余管理行為更加明顯。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 172 sample enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share heavy pollution industries from 2009 to 2015 were selected as the object of study on the background of the related measures to control air pollution in China. The result shows that our country's heavily polluted enterprises will carry on the downward real earnings management because of the political cost, compared with the state-owned enterprises, it is difficult for the non-state-owned enterprises to obtain the government subsidy. The political cost is higher, the downward real earnings management behavior is more obvious.
