【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟正處于結(jié)構調(diào)整的關鍵期,資本市場正發(fā)揮著其特有的職能。在“價值投資”的指引下,逐步形成多層次資本市場框架,實現(xiàn)股票價格合理地反映公司內(nèi)在價值是我國資本市場走向成熟的必然要求。隨著我國資本市場總市值逐漸提高,經(jīng)濟的證券化率提高,使得市值管理成為上市公司生存發(fā)展,以及我國實體經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的保障。上市公司市值管理能力水平好壞直接影響著公司的綜合競爭力,分析影響上市公司市值管理水平、有效性因素等方面十分重要。本文首先介紹了論文的研究背景、目的、意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及綜述、研究方法、論文框架。其次對市值管理相關理論進行概述,包括市值管理與價值管理及兩者的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別,價值創(chuàng)造、價值經(jīng)營、價值實現(xiàn)三種市值管理方式,經(jīng)濟增加值指標。之后介紹禾豐牧業(yè)基本情況、計算該企業(yè)EVA指標值,并對計算結(jié)果進行比對分析。接下來對禾豐牧業(yè)市值管理問題分析及提出市值提升方案。進行禾豐牧業(yè)市值管理現(xiàn)狀分析、業(yè)績指標評價分析研究、價值關聯(lián)度視角下市值影響因素分析,得出禾豐牧業(yè)市值管理方案。通過上述分析最后得出本文的研究結(jié)論,并指出本文的不足及對未來研究方向的展望與建議。本文通過對禾豐牧業(yè)股份有限公司市值管理研究,試圖改善其市值管理上存在的不足,為禾豐牧業(yè)提供市值管理策略,進而提升其核心競爭力,同時也為其他上市公司提供市值管理方面的借鑒。
[Abstract]:China's economy is in a critical period of structural adjustment, and the capital market is playing its unique function. Under the guidance of "value investment", the multi-level capital market framework is gradually formed. It is necessary for the capital market of our country to realize the stock price reflecting the intrinsic value of the company reasonably. With the increase of the total market value of the capital market in our country, the securitization rate of the economy increases. Market value management has become the survival and development of listed companies, as well as the solid economic development of our country. Market value management ability of listed companies has a direct impact on the comprehensive competitiveness of the company. It is very important to analyze the market value management level and efficiency factors of listed companies. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research status and summary, research methods. Secondly, the paper summarizes market value management theory, including market value management and value management and their relationship and difference, value creation, value management, value realization three market value management methods. The basic situation of animal husbandry in Hefeng was introduced and the EVA index value of the enterprise was calculated. And the calculation results are compared and analyzed. Then the management of market value of Hefeng animal husbandry is analyzed and the scheme of market value promotion is put forward. The present situation of market value management of Hefeng animal husbandry is analyzed and the evaluation of performance index is studied. From the perspective of value correlation degree, market value's influencing factors are analyzed, and then the management scheme of market value in Hefeng animal husbandry is obtained. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn through the above analysis. And pointed out the shortcomings of this paper and the future direction of research prospects and suggestions. This paper attempts to improve its market value management deficiencies through the study of market value management of Hefeng Livestock Co., Ltd. It provides the market value management strategy for Gefeng animal husbandry, then enhances its core competitiveness, at the same time, it also provides the market value management for other listed companies for reference.
