【摘要】：對保理業(yè)務(wù)這一國際貿(mào)易融資方式應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)建筑走出去企業(yè)流動資金融資進行了探討,提出保理融資方式最適于那些承接政府工程,資金穩(wěn)定具有發(fā)展良好的成長型的建筑走出去企業(yè),適合那些通過賒銷所產(chǎn)生的債務(wù),獨立完成工程的總承包出口企業(yè),信保項下保理業(yè)務(wù)流程,還分析了保理融資優(yōu)點和局限陛�？偨Y(jié)保理業(yè)務(wù)在出口企業(yè)融資方式的國際經(jīng)驗,并對建筑走出去企業(yè)應(yīng)用前景進行展望。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the application of factoring business, an international trade financing method, to the financing of liquid capital of domestic construction enterprises, and puts forward that factoring financing is most suitable for undertaking government projects. Capital stability has a well-developed building going out of the business, suitable for those through the debt generated by credit sales, independent completion of the project of the general contracting and export enterprises, factoring business process under the letter insurance. This paper also analyzes the advantages and limitations of factoring financing, summarizes the international experience of factoring business in export enterprises' financing mode, and looks forward to the application prospect of construction going out enterprises.
