【摘要】：餐飲業(yè)稅收管理作為全面營改增以后稅收版圖中的重要板塊,在日常稅收征管中面臨諸多亟待解決的問題。本文重點對營改增后餐飲業(yè)稅收管理中存在的問題及成因進行分析,并結合稅收實踐提出思考,認為應從建立分類分級管理制度、強化農(nóng)產(chǎn)品收購發(fā)票管理、加大第三方數(shù)據(jù)應用力度、抓好定額核定征收管理、加大評估引導、建立行業(yè)風險防控模型等六個方面加強餐飲業(yè)稅收管理。
[Abstract]:The tax management of the catering industry as a comprehensive business change important plate in the territory after the tax increase, facing many problems to be solved in the daily tax collection. This paper focuses on the problems and causes of the camp changed after increasing in the catering industry revenue management are analyzed, and combined with the practice of Taxation put forward thinking, think we should establish classification management system to strengthen the management of agricultural products, purchase invoices, increase the third party data application, grasp the quota approved levy management, increase the assessment guide, six aspects of the establishment of industry risk control model to strengthen tax management in the catering industry.
