【摘要】：雷士照明三次控制權(quán)爭奪主題是關(guān)系資本與財務(wù)資本的博弈,副題則是人力資本變化如何影響關(guān)系資本的強弱。關(guān)系資本長期可以替代,需要不斷維護才能強化。雷士照明創(chuàng)始人吳長江早期鮮活的人力資本投入,是企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)階段的關(guān)鍵資源,同時形成難以替代的關(guān)系資本,由此掌控著企業(yè);但在維護過程中其人力資本貶值,同時不合適地把渠道關(guān)系資本作為"人質(zhì)"機制,在財務(wù)資本不斷進攻下,關(guān)系資本最終失去其控制力。
[Abstract]:NVC three times for control of the theme is the game relationship between capital and financial capital, the human capital is how to change the relationship between capital strength. The long-term relationship between capital can replace, need to continue to strengthen maintenance. NVC founder Wu Changjiang early fresh human capital investment, is the key resource of enterprise start-up stage, while the formation of capital is difficult to instead, the control of the enterprise; but in the maintenance process of the human capital depreciation, while not suitable to channel relationship capital as a "hostage" mechanism in the financial capital of not breaking into it and the relationship between capital eventually loses its control.
