【摘要】：為解決當前造船企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃頻繁調整導致工期不確定性及資源占用的不均衡性,從而引起制造成本增加突出的問題,文章針對船舶制造邊設計邊生產(chǎn)的特點,以單件小批生產(chǎn)單元制造成本控制為研究對象,構建活動工期下的滿足目標分解成本與制造資源可擴充但有代價情形下的造船單件小批生產(chǎn)單元制造環(huán)節(jié)的成本控制模型,運用遺傳算法對該模型求解,以國內某船廠生產(chǎn)單元為例進行計算和分析。結果表明,該方法能夠有效尋找活動工期、目標成本與資源可擴充條件下的單件小批生產(chǎn)單元作業(yè)安排,實現(xiàn)制造環(huán)節(jié)的動態(tài)成本監(jiān)控,為造船企業(yè)提升成本管控水平、實現(xiàn)準時化生產(chǎn)提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the production cost is increased , the cost control model of the production unit of a single - piece small batch production unit under the condition of short - batch production unit is used to solve the problem that the production cost is increased , and the cost control model is used to calculate and analyze the production unit in a single - piece small batch production unit . The result shows that the method can effectively search for the operation schedule of the small batch production unit under the condition of the expansion of the resource , realize the dynamic cost monitoring of the manufacturing link , improve the cost control level for the shipbuilding enterprises , and realize the decision - making reference for the time - on - time production .
