【摘要】:營(yíng)運(yùn)資金是企業(yè)資金中最具有活力的部分,一個(gè)企業(yè)維持正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的前提是擁有循環(huán)良好的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金。21世紀(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程不斷加快,傳統(tǒng)的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理受到了巨大的沖擊,此時(shí),"供應(yīng)鏈"被引入公司營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理領(lǐng)域,為企業(yè)改善營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理提供了一個(gè)新思路。基于以上認(rèn)識(shí),本文在回顧營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理以及兩者相結(jié)合的研究基礎(chǔ)上,選取在我國(guó)家電行業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效十分突出的青島海爾作為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行案例分析。首先,本文對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行重新分類(lèi),并將其相應(yīng)劃分到供應(yīng)鏈活動(dòng)的采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道當(dāng)中,然后根據(jù)王竹泉教授(2007)的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系計(jì)算出青島海爾2001-2015年的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效,選取格力電器以及行業(yè)平均作為對(duì)比。接著從供應(yīng)鏈的采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)三大渠道具體分析青島海爾2001-2015年各渠道營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效的狀況以及原因,最后總結(jié)了青島海爾營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理有效策略并提出了合理化的建議。通過(guò)對(duì)青島海爾的案例分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)與供應(yīng)商建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系、積極推進(jìn)供應(yīng)商參與前期設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存以及JIT采購(gòu)等供應(yīng)鏈管理方法的運(yùn)作可以提高懫購(gòu)渠道營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效;通過(guò)"人單合一雙贏(yíng)"模式、零庫(kù)存下的即需即供以及模塊化生產(chǎn)等供應(yīng)鏈管理方法的實(shí)施可以提高生產(chǎn)渠道營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效;通過(guò)客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理、與物流企業(yè)以及分銷(xiāo)商建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系、虛實(shí)網(wǎng)結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)與用戶(hù)的零距離等供應(yīng)鏈管理方法的不斷完善,使得營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效高于行業(yè)平均水平。總之,在企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理過(guò)程中嵌入供應(yīng)鏈管理的思想,能提高企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理水平,提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,利于實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)價(jià)值最大化。
[Abstract]:Working capital is the most dynamic part of enterprise capital. The premise of an enterprise to maintain normal operation is to have a good circulation of working capital. The competition in the 21st century is the competition between supply chain and supply chain. The process of economic globalization is accelerating, and the traditional working capital management has been greatly impacted. At this time, "supply chain" has been introduced into the field of working capital management. It provides a new way for enterprises to improve the management of working capital. Based on the above understanding, this paper reviews the working capital management, supply chain management and the combination of the two on the basis of research. Select Qingdao Haier, which has outstanding performance of working capital management in the household appliances industry, as the case study. Firstly, this paper reclassifies the working capital projects. And it is divided into supply chain activities procurement, production, marketing channels. Then the working capital management performance of Qingdao Haier from 2001 to 2015 is calculated according to the working capital management performance evaluation system of Professor Wang Zhuquan 2007. Gree electrical appliances and industry average as a comparison. Then from the supply chain procurement, production. Three channels of marketing specific analysis of Qingdao Haier 2001-2015 channel operating fund management performance status and reasons. Finally, it summarizes the effective strategy of Qingdao Haier's working capital management and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. Through the case analysis of Qingdao Haier, we find that we should establish a strategic partnership with the suppliers. Actively promoting supplier participation in pre-design implementation of supplier management inventory and JIT procurement and other supply chain management methods can improve the performance of channel working capital management. Through the mode of "single person in one win", the implementation of supply chain management methods such as supply on demand and modular production under zero inventory can improve the performance of working capital management in production channels. Through customer relationship management, establish strategic partnership with logistics enterprises and distributors, realize the continuous improvement of supply chain management methods such as zero distance between users and virtual network. In short, the idea of embedding supply chain management in the process of enterprise working capital management can improve the level of working capital management. Enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, conducive to maximize the value of enterprises.
