【摘要】：物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的出現(xiàn),將3PL企業(yè)、中小型企業(yè)和金融機構(gòu)整合為一個整體。為中小型企業(yè)解決融資難題的同時為3PL企業(yè)、金融機構(gòu)開拓了一個全新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,提升了企業(yè)的綜合競爭力。但是,物流金融業(yè)務(wù)在我國方興未艾,法律法規(guī)不健全、市場信息不對稱、資金定價不合理等因素使得物流金融業(yè)務(wù)中潛藏了諸多風險,這便使得物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展受到限制。本文通過對L物流公司物流金融業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,綜合運用SWOT分析、聚類分析和風險控制等方法,從多個方面入手對物流金融風險進行分析研究,構(gòu)建出一套物流金融業(yè)務(wù)風險評價指標體系以及一套物流金融業(yè)務(wù)風險評價模型,旨在針對操作風險、信用風險和市場風險等多種風險提出一套行之有效的風險管控措施。
[Abstract]:The emergence of logistics finance business integrates 3PL enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions into a whole. While solving the financing problems for small and medium-sized enterprises, financial institutions have opened up a new business field for 3PL enterprises and financial institutions, which has promoted the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. However, logistics finance business is in the ascendant in our country, the laws and regulations are not perfect, the market information is asymmetrical, the capital pricing is unreasonable and so on, so that there are many risks hidden in the logistics finance business. This limits the development of logistics finance business. Through the investigation of the present situation of logistics financial business of L logistics company, this paper analyzes and studies the logistics financial risk from many aspects by using the methods of SWOT analysis, cluster analysis and risk control. A set of risk evaluation index system of logistics financial business and a set of risk evaluation model of logistics financial business are constructed in order to put forward a set of effective risk control measures for operational risk, credit risk and market risk.
