【摘要】：在金融行業(yè)改革浪潮的不斷推動下，銀行的個人理財業(yè)務(wù)由于收益率高和買賣靈活等優(yōu)點而逐漸受到廣大客戶的追捧，從而成為各商業(yè)銀行增加中間業(yè)務(wù)收入的主要途徑之一。 本文在研究目的及研究意義的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了論文研究的總體思路、研究框架及研究方法。通過對個人理財業(yè)務(wù)基本概念及基本原理的分析，概括了A銀行在經(jīng)歷了“網(wǎng)點改造”、“私人銀行”兩個階段的轉(zhuǎn)型以后，由原來的以儲蓄業(yè)務(wù)為主轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐岳碡敇I(yè)務(wù)為主的新型商業(yè)銀行的現(xiàn)狀。通過研究認(rèn)為，A銀行目前在產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、戰(zhàn)略營銷及法律意識等方面還存在一定問題。本文結(jié)合A銀行的實際情況，總結(jié)A銀行現(xiàn)階段面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了A銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的合理化建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of the financial industry reform, the personal financial services of banks have been gradually sought after by customers due to the advantages of high yield and flexible buying and selling, which has become one of the main ways for commercial banks to increase the income of intermediate business. On the basis of the purpose and significance of the research, this paper puts forward the general idea, research framework and research method of the paper. Based on the analysis of the basic concept and principle of personal finance business, this paper summarizes the transformation of bank A after the transformation of "branch transformation" and "private bank". From the original savings-oriented business to the financial business-based new-type commercial banks. According to the research, Bank A still has some problems in product, service, strategic marketing and legal consciousness. Combined with the actual situation of bank A, this paper summarizes the opportunities and challenges faced by bank A at present, and on this basis, puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of personal finance business of bank A.
