FDI對環(huán)境質量的影響:以江蘇為例

【摘要】：隨著改革開放的快速發(fā)展,我國FDI流入量逐年增長,人們對生態(tài)環(huán)境的要求也越來越高。從2003年起,江蘇省吸收FDI持續(xù)七年保持全國第一,FDI為江蘇省帶來了資金和技術,促進了本省的經濟增長,同時也引發(fā)了人們對環(huán)境的關注。本文從江蘇省吸收FDI的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),運用1999-2008年江蘇省的時間序列數據,對江蘇省FDI實際利用量情況與"三廢"排放量情況進行回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)江蘇省的環(huán)境因FDI的大量流入而成正相關。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of reform and opening-up, the inflow of FDI in China increases year by year, and people's requirements for ecological environment become higher and higher. Since 2003, Jiangsu Province has been the first in China to absorb FDI for seven years. FDI has brought capital and technology to Jiangsu Province, promoted the economic growth of this province, and aroused people's attention to the environment at the same time. Based on the current situation of FDI absorption in Jiangsu Province and using the time series data of Jiangsu Province from 1999 to 2008, this paper makes a regression analysis between the actual utilization of FDI and the emission of "three wastes" in Jiangsu Province. It is found that the environment of Jiangsu Province is positively correlated with the inflow of FDI.
