中國房地產(chǎn)市場利用外資的現(xiàn)狀與對策

【摘要】:正 作為我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),房地產(chǎn)業(yè)和城鄉(xiāng)居民的生活息息相關,具有較強的產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)度。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,作為一個具有高額利潤回報率的產(chǎn)業(yè),我國的房地產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為外商投資的重點。由于房地產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的特點和區(qū)域性限制,對于境外資本流入對我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的影響應給予足夠的重視,并采取相應的政策措施。一、外資流入中國房地產(chǎn)市場現(xiàn)狀分析(一)外資流入中國房地產(chǎn)市場動因分析1.良好的投資環(huán)境和宏觀經(jīng)濟因素。近十年來,我國GDP保持持續(xù)高速的增長,2009年國內生產(chǎn)總值現(xiàn)價總量為340507億元,增速9.1%。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, the real estate industry is closely related to the life of urban and rural residents. With the development of economic globalization, as an industry with high profit rate, the real estate industry has become the focus of foreign investment. Due to the characteristics and regional restrictions of the real estate industry, we should pay enough attention to the influence of the capital inflow from abroad on the real estate industry of our country, and take corresponding policy measures. First, the analysis of the current situation of the inflow of foreign capital into China's real estate market (1) the reasons for the inflow of foreign capital into China's real estate market 1. Good investment environment and macroeconomic factors. In the past ten years, China's GDP has maintained a sustained and rapid growth, with the gross domestic product (GDP) currently valued at 34.0507 trillion yuan in 2009, with a growth rate of 9.1 yuan.
