【摘要】：本文重點(diǎn)提出了建設(shè)我國(guó)電子票據(jù)交易中心的路徑選擇,包括電子票據(jù)交易中心的基本原則、功能與定位、組織構(gòu)架、交易模式和品種、交易規(guī)則、監(jiān)管以及實(shí)施步驟等。文章最后還提出當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下建設(shè)電子票據(jù)交易中心亟待解決的問(wèn)題,以期進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)全國(guó)性電子交易中心的建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the path choice of building electronic bill trading center in our country, including the basic principle, function and orientation, organization structure, transaction model and variety, transaction rules, supervision and implementation steps of electronic bill trading center. Finally, the paper puts forward the problems to be solved urgently in the construction of electronic bill trading center under the current situation, in order to further strengthen the foundation of the construction of national electronic trading center.
