【摘要】：FDI對(duì)中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)總量收入差距之間并不存在關(guān)聯(lián),但與人均收入差距有著明顯的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。FDI與地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值的差異存在很大關(guān)聯(lián),但只在東部和中部地區(qū)以及東部和西部地區(qū)的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)得到驗(yàn)證。FDI和產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值的差距,由于FDI在第二產(chǎn)業(yè)上的大量存在,使得一、二產(chǎn)業(yè)和二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)間的現(xiàn)象比較明顯。正因?yàn)镕DI對(duì)地區(qū)和行業(yè)收入分配的復(fù)雜影響,加上FDI的溢出效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移等因素,使得FDI和全國(guó)基尼系數(shù)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)并不顯著,FDI并不是全國(guó)收入分配差距拉大的重要變量。因此,為更好地利用FDI,發(fā)揮其對(duì)收入分配的積極影響,應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)和引導(dǎo)外商投資企業(yè)在中西部地區(qū)投資,進(jìn)一步降低外資在某些產(chǎn)業(yè)上的進(jìn)入門(mén)檻,培育和壯大國(guó)內(nèi)民營(yíng)企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:There is no correlation between FDI and the total income gap between urban and rural areas, but there is a significant positive correlation between FDI and the gap in per capita income. But only in the eastern and central regions, as well as in the eastern and western regions, empirical data have been verified. The gap between FDI and industrial gross domestic product (GDP), due to the large number of FDI in the secondary industry, makes the first, second and second industries, The phenomenon between the three industries is obvious. Because of the complex influence of FDI on regional and industry income distribution, the spillover effect of FDI and the transfer of industry and labor force, the relationship between FDI and Gini coefficient is not significant. FDI is not an important variable in the widening gap of national income distribution. Therefore, in order to make better use of FDI, to exert its positive influence on income distribution, we should encourage and guide foreign invested enterprises to invest in the central and western regions, further lower the entry threshold of foreign capital in some industries, and cultivate and strengthen domestic private enterprises.
