【摘要】：臺灣經(jīng)濟發(fā)達,立法先進,助學(xué)貸款立法對大陸地區(qū)有較強的借鑒意義。臺灣助學(xué)貸款立法是以部門規(guī)章的形式存在的,具有以下特點:發(fā)放范圍廣泛,包括高中、高職、專科、大學(xué)、研究所、進修補習(xí)學(xué)校;貸款金額可滿足學(xué)生在校的全部支出;采用保證方式提供擔保;申請資格具體而明細;對貸款學(xué)生利息補貼較多;困難學(xué)生可延長還款期限;主管機關(guān)承擔更大的風(fēng)險等。
[Abstract]:Taiwan has developed economy and advanced legislation. The legislation on student loan in Taiwan exists in the form of department rules and regulations, and has the following characteristics: a wide range of grants, including senior high schools, higher vocational colleges, specialties, universities, research institutes, and tutorial schools, the amount of which can meet the total expenses of students at school; Use guarantee to provide guarantee; Application qualification is specific and detailed; loan student interest subsidy is more; difficult student can extend repayment period; competent authority undertakes bigger risk and so on.
