【摘要】：十二五時期，實施互利共贏的開放戰(zhàn)略，提高對外開放水平，加快實施“走出去”的戰(zhàn)略勢在必行。金融業(yè)作為戰(zhàn)略性行業(yè)，其涉及范圍廣泛，關系到各行各業(yè)的利益，一旦金融開放未能控制好節(jié)奏，將威脅到整個國家的金融安全和國民經(jīng)濟的健康有序發(fā)展。外資銀行作為金融開放引進來的跨國經(jīng)營的特殊企業(yè)，自身具有雄厚的資金實力、強大的人才資源優(yōu)勢、先進的技術網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)勢及豐富的經(jīng)營管理經(jīng)驗。一方面，隨著中國金融開放程度的不斷加深，越來越多的外國金融機構(gòu)進入了中國銀行部門，各國在華外資銀行的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展也表現(xiàn)出新的共同特點。另一方面，隨著中國金融開放政策的深化，在華外資銀行對金融市場的影響越來越強，對宏觀金融政策的實施效果造成了一定影響，加大了我國的金融監(jiān)管難度。在這樣的背景下，總結(jié)金融開放過程中的一系列政策變化以及金融開放程度，分析外資銀行在我國金融開放環(huán)境下的生存狀態(tài)，，研究我國金融開放對在華外資銀行戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的影響，為我國金融下一步發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供決策依據(jù)，對我國銀行業(yè)“走出去”提供借鑒，具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 論文主要研究金融開放進程對在華外資銀行的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的影響。全文共分為六個部分。第一部分主要介紹本文的選題背景與研究意義，國內(nèi)外研究綜述，同時構(gòu)建出整篇文章組織結(jié)構(gòu)，敘述本文的研究方法和創(chuàng)新點。第二部分梳理出中國金融開放對外資銀行跨國經(jīng)營策略影響的相關理論，主要對金融開放理論、外資銀行跨國經(jīng)營理論進行闡述。第三部分著中對中國金融開放度進行衡量，并按時間序列歸納基于外資銀行政策演變的中國金融開放發(fā)展歷程。第四部分敘述在中國金融開放發(fā)展的時間序列下，在華外資銀行戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的演變歷程，分別對外資銀行在華發(fā)展的四個階段的戰(zhàn)略演變進行梳理。第五部分實證分析金融開放度對在華外資銀行戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的影響程度，并從市場戰(zhàn)略角度、業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略角度、股權(quán)戰(zhàn)略角度、多元化戰(zhàn)略角度定性分析中國金融開放對外資銀行在華發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的影響。第六部分闡述了對中國金融業(yè)下一步發(fā)展的啟示，主要是中資銀行“走出去”的戰(zhàn)略選擇和循序漸進的促進金融市場自由化和國際化兩方面。
[Abstract]:In the twelfth five-year plan period, it is imperative to implement the strategy of mutual benefit and win-win, improve the level of opening to the outside world and speed up the implementation of the strategy of "going out". As a strategic industry, the financial industry involves a wide range, which is related to the interests of various industries. Once the financial opening fails to control the rhythm, it will threaten the financial security of the whole country and the healthy and orderly development of the national economy. As a special multinational enterprise, foreign banks have abundant capital strength, strong talent resources, advanced technology and network advantages and rich management experience. On the one hand, with the deepening of China's financial openness, more and more foreign financial institutions have entered the banking sector of China, and the strategic development of foreign banks in China has also shown new common characteristics. On the other hand, with the deepening of China's financial opening policy, the foreign banks in China have more and more strong influence on the financial market, which has a certain impact on the implementation of macro-financial policies, and has increased the difficulty of financial supervision in China. In this context, a series of policy changes and the degree of financial openness in the process of financial opening are summarized, and the survival status of foreign banks in China's financial opening environment is analyzed. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the influence of China's financial opening on the strategic development of foreign banks in China, to provide the decision basis for the next development strategy of our country's finance, and to provide reference for China's banking industry to "go out". This paper mainly studies the influence of financial opening process on the strategic development of foreign banks in China. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper, the domestic and foreign research review, at the same time, constructs the entire article organization structure, narrates the research method and the innovation of this article. The second part combs out the relevant theories about the influence of China's financial opening on the transnational management strategy of foreign banks, mainly expounds the theory of financial opening and the theory of transnational management of foreign banks. In the third part, the author measures the degree of financial openness in China, and sums up the development course of Chinese financial openness based on the evolution of foreign bank policies according to the time series. The fourth part describes the history of the strategic development of foreign banks in China under the time series of the opening up of China's financial industry, and combs the strategic evolution of the four stages of the development of foreign banks in China. The fifth part empirically analyzes the impact of financial openness on the strategic development of foreign banks in China, and from the perspective of market strategy, business strategy, equity strategy, This paper qualitatively analyzes the influence of China's financial opening on the development strategy of foreign banks in China from the perspective of diversification strategy. The sixth part expounds the enlightenment to the next step development of China's financial industry, mainly the strategic choice of "going out" of Chinese banks and the promotion of liberalization and internationalization of financial market step by step.
