【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)是我國馬鈴薯的主產(chǎn)和優(yōu)勢省區(qū)，但國家只投入了很少部分資金用于馬鈴薯的繁育、基地建設(shè)等項目，這與內(nèi)蒙古馬鈴薯生產(chǎn)在全國馬鈴薯生產(chǎn)中的地位和發(fā)展速度及前景不相稱，資金投入不足成為制約馬鈴薯生產(chǎn)發(fā)展的重要因素；為了緩解資金投入不足影響農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展這一現(xiàn)狀，，通過對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)馬鈴薯相關(guān)企業(yè)狀況的研究，初步建立了中國光大銀行馬鈴薯行業(yè)互助合作基金貸款。 1.通過調(diào)研內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)馬鈴薯種植的情況以及各類馬鈴薯企業(yè)的實際經(jīng)營狀況，分析出不同類型的馬鈴薯企業(yè)的經(jīng)營成本和資金需求量。 2.通過對中國光大銀行風(fēng)險管理辦法以及馬鈴薯企業(yè)的經(jīng)營狀況的研究，初步建立中國光大銀行馬鈴薯行業(yè)互助基金合作社貸款授信方案。 3.通過中國光大銀行馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)互助合作基金貸款得出了結(jié)論及建議，希望能在推動農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方面起到一定作用。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the main production and superior province of potato in China, but the state has only invested a small part of the funds for potato breeding, base construction and other projects, which is not commensurate with the status and development speed and prospects of potato production in Inner Mongolia, the lack of funds has become a constraint on the development of potato production. In order to alleviate the shortage of capital input affecting agricultural development, through the study of the situation of potato-related enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, we initially established a mutual aid and cooperation fund loan for potato industry of China Everbright University Bank.
1. By investigating the situation of potato planting in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the actual operating conditions of various potato enterprises, the operating costs and capital requirements of different types of potato enterprises are analyzed.
2. Through the research on the risk management methods of Everbright Bank of China and the operation status of potato enterprises, the credit scheme of potato industry mutual fund cooperative of Everbright Bank of China is preliminarily established.
3. Through the loan of Potato Industry Mutual Aid and Cooperation Fund of China Everbright University Bank, the conclusion and suggestion are drawn, hoping to play a certain role in promoting agricultural development.
