中國外資并購安全審查新規(guī)的審視與完善

【摘要】：本文以20世紀(jì)80年代以來國際投資自由化的趨勢為背景,以我國建立外資并購安全審查制度的必要性和合理性為基礎(chǔ),對我國新近外資并購安全新規(guī)進行考察,參照美國外資并購安全審查制度對我國的外資并購安全審查制度進行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對我國外資并購安全審查的完善與發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性的意見。
[Abstract]:Based on the trend of international investment liberalization since 1980s, and on the basis of the necessity and rationality of establishing the security review system of foreign capital M & A in China, this paper makes an investigation of the new regulations on the security of foreign capital M & A in China. Referring to the security review system of foreign capital M & A in the United States, this paper analyzes the security review system of foreign capital M & A in China, and puts forward constructive suggestions on the perfection and development of the security review of foreign capital M & A in China on this basis.
