【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局正在被美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的衰落、歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)的整合和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起這三大趨勢(shì)沖破。虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的二元化運(yùn)行方式,嚴(yán)重削弱了美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的自我恢復(fù)能力和經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的效力,美元正在失去霸主地位。歐元的出現(xiàn)和歐元區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)整合使世界進(jìn)入了"雙本位國(guó)際貨幣體系",也使世界進(jìn)入了空前動(dòng)蕩時(shí)期,世界流動(dòng)性膨脹已經(jīng)失控。與此同時(shí),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)以其特有的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了市場(chǎng)化與高增長(zhǎng)并存的發(fā)展模式,順利實(shí)現(xiàn)了市場(chǎng)化和外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型,流動(dòng)性膨脹正在誘使中國(guó)資本國(guó)際化,并帶動(dòng)人民幣的國(guó)際化和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化發(fā)展。這三個(gè)趨勢(shì)正在打造的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)新格局最終會(huì)穩(wěn)定下來(lái),并成為新的國(guó)際貨幣體系形成的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The world economic pattern is being broken down by the decline of American economy, the integration of European economy and the rise of Chinese economy. The dual operation of virtual economy and real economy seriously weakens the self-recovery ability of American economy and the effectiveness of economic policy, and the dollar is losing its dominant position. The emergence of the euro and the economic integration of the euro zone have brought the world into the "double standard international monetary system" and the world has entered an unprecedented turbulent period, the world liquidity inflation has been out of control. At the same time, the Chinese economy has realized the development pattern of marketization and high growth in its unique way, and has successfully realized the transformation of market-oriented and export-oriented economy. The expansion of liquidity is inducing the internationalization of Chinese capital. And drive the internationalization of RMB and the globalization development of Chinese economy. These three trends are shaping a new pattern of the world economy that will eventually stabilize and form the basis of a new international monetary system.
