基于價(jià)值鏈理論的GS證券公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在中國證券服務(wù)市場的不斷開放以及股市多年低迷的雙重壓力下,證券業(yè)的競爭不斷加劇。如何在嚴(yán)峻的市場競爭中立于不敗之地,是每一個(gè)證券公司面臨的重要問題。筆者以GS證券公司為研究對(duì)象,采用SWOT分析法進(jìn)行全面診斷,并在此基礎(chǔ)上引入價(jià)值鏈理論對(duì)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),筆者對(duì)公司在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過程中的具體措施和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制進(jìn)行探討,并提出針對(duì)性的解決辦法。 第一部分以我國金融市場和證券公司為行業(yè)背景,以價(jià)值鏈和戰(zhàn)略管理為關(guān)鍵詞,全面搜索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和案例,深入學(xué)習(xí)理論研究歷程和現(xiàn)狀,并且對(duì)理論研究的不足之處進(jìn)行評(píng)述,闡明本文所研究內(nèi)容的學(xué)術(shù)和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 第二部分以GS證券公司為對(duì)象開展全面研究分析,包括總體概況、SWOT分析、當(dāng)前戰(zhàn)略分析等,對(duì)GS證券公司的外部環(huán)境因素和內(nèi)部經(jīng)營管理因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)和詳細(xì)的評(píng)判,歸納公司面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)、優(yōu)勢與劣勢,并依此歸納出GS證券公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需求。 第三部分將根據(jù)前述分析,結(jié)合我國資本市場和證券公司特征,構(gòu)建GS證券公司的價(jià)值鏈,并以此為基礎(chǔ)研究GS證券公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和競爭戰(zhàn)略,并圍繞此總體目標(biāo)提出的管理、研發(fā)、財(cái)務(wù)、人力資源和信息化等企業(yè)職能戰(zhàn)略。 第四部分將總結(jié)以價(jià)值鏈理論為基礎(chǔ)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其具體實(shí)施與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的方法和措施。 本文以在學(xué)術(shù)研究和企業(yè)實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域均獲得廣泛應(yīng)用的價(jià)值鏈理論為基礎(chǔ),為GS證券公司量身打造最為合適的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,設(shè)計(jì)價(jià)值鏈上關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)圍繞組織基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、企業(yè)文化等內(nèi)容提出戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施。此外,筆者以探討GS證券公司的戰(zhàn)略選擇和實(shí)施為基礎(chǔ),探索出一條適合我國中小型證券公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路,為國內(nèi)同類型企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理提供理論依據(jù)和參考案例。
[Abstract]:Under the double pressure of the opening of China's securities service market and the stock market downturn for many years, the competition in the securities industry is intensifying. How to stand in an invincible position in the severe market competition is an important problem faced by every securities company. The author takes GS Securities Company as the research object, uses the SWOT analysis method to carry on the comprehensive diagnosis, and then introduces the value chain theory to design the development strategy of the company. At the same time, the author discusses the specific measures and risk control in the process of strategy implementation, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The first part, with the financial market and securities companies as the industry background, the value chain and strategic management as the key words, comprehensive search of relevant literature and cases, in-depth study of theoretical research process and current situation. And the deficiencies of the theoretical research are reviewed to clarify the academic and applied value of the research. The second part takes GS Securities Company as the object to carry out comprehensive research and analysis, including the general situation of SWOT analysis, current strategic analysis and so on. The external environmental factors and internal management factors of GS securities company are systematically and detailedly evaluated. The opportunities and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of GS Securities Company are summarized. The third part will build the value chain of GS securities company according to the above analysis, combining with the characteristics of capital market and securities company in our country, and study the overall development strategy and competitive strategy of GS securities company based on the above analysis. And the management, research and development, finance, human resources and information technology and other corporate function strategies proposed around this overall goal. The fourth part will summarize the development strategy based on the value chain theory, its concrete implementation and the risk control method and the measure. Based on the value chain theory, which has been widely used in both academic research and enterprise practice, this paper makes the most suitable overall development strategy for GS Securities Company and designs the strategy of key links in the value chain. At the same time, around the organizational infrastructure, corporate culture and other content put forward strategic implementation measures. In addition, on the basis of discussing the strategic choice and implementation of GS Securities Company, the author explores a sustainable development road suitable for small and medium-sized securities companies in China, and provides theoretical basis and reference cases for the strategic management of domestic enterprises of the same type.
