【摘要】：物流金融的參與者有三方,分別為金融機(jī)構(gòu)、第三方物流企業(yè)以及融資企業(yè)。第三方物流企業(yè)(3PL,third party logistics)除在物流金融業(yè)務(wù)中提供物流服務(wù)外,還協(xié)助金融機(jī)構(gòu)為資金需求企業(yè)提供擔(dān)�；蛉谫Y。它既可以在金融機(jī)構(gòu)的授信下直接向資金需求企業(yè)融資,也可通過參與質(zhì)押擔(dān)保等活動(dòng)來便利中小企業(yè)的融資。第三方物流企業(yè)的介入在極大程度上降低了傳統(tǒng)的金融業(yè)務(wù)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。文章將對其在開展物流金融服務(wù)的過程中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、成本與收益等影響因素進(jìn)行分析,提供物流企業(yè)在參與該業(yè)務(wù)程度時(shí)的最優(yōu)選擇及所應(yīng)采取的措施。
[Abstract]:The participants of logistics finance are three parties: financial institutions, third-party logistics enterprises and financing enterprises. In addition to providing logistics services in the logistics financial business, the third party logistics) also assists financial institutions in providing guarantee or financing for enterprises with capital needs. It can not only directly finance the enterprises with capital demand under the credit of financial institutions, but also facilitate the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises by participating in the activities of pledge guarantee and so on. The intervention of third-party logistics enterprises greatly reduces the risk of traditional financial business. This paper analyzes the influence factors such as risk, cost and income in the process of developing the logistics financial service, and provides the optimal choice and the measures to be taken when the logistics enterprise participates in the business level.
