【摘要】：金融危機(jī)導(dǎo)致近期世界對外直接投資總體呈現(xiàn)明顯下滑趨勢,然而數(shù)據(jù)顯示中國近期對外直接投資流量出現(xiàn)大幅增長。其逆勢上升的原因可能包括我國對外直接投資主要區(qū)位受危機(jī)影響較小、人民幣升值與外匯儲備縮水帶來的動(dòng)力與壓力、2008年7月至2009年7月國際能源價(jià)格的相對低位、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的蔓延等。鑒于世界經(jīng)濟(jì)從危機(jī)中逐漸恢復(fù)以及中國政府與企業(yè)擴(kuò)大直接投資動(dòng)機(jī)的持續(xù)性,近年內(nèi)中國對外直接投資可能迎來更大的增長,但其產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)位分布的發(fā)展方向應(yīng)得到充分重視。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis has led to a marked decline in the overall trend of world outward direct investment (OFDI) in the recent past, but the data show that China's recent outward FDI flows have increased substantially. The reasons for this rise may include that the main location of China's foreign direct investment is less affected by the crisis, the power and pressure brought by the appreciation of RMB and the shrinking of foreign exchange reserves, and the relatively low international energy prices from July 2008 to July 2009. The spread of protectionism, etc. In view of the gradual recovery of the world economy from the crisis and the persistence of the motivation of the Chinese government and enterprises to expand direct investment, China's outward direct investment may usher in greater growth in recent years. However, the development direction of its industry and location distribution should be paid more attention to.
