【摘要】：城市商業(yè)銀行是我國(guó)金融體系中的重要力量,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展起著不容忽視的作用。隨著銀行間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈化,城市商業(yè)銀行越來(lái)越需要從戰(zhàn)略上進(jìn)行管理,從內(nèi)外部的聯(lián)系上進(jìn)行整體性分析,明確發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,整合資源,從激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得生存和發(fā)展良機(jī)。 本文以烏海銀行作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析烏海銀行的發(fā)展歷史、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從SWOT戰(zhàn)略要素的角度對(duì)其發(fā)展所面臨的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境、企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源和能力等方面進(jìn)行了深入分析,得出烏海銀行所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)大于威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)強(qiáng)于劣勢(shì),應(yīng)該以SO增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略為主體戰(zhàn)略,并在此基礎(chǔ)上確立了烏海銀行的總體戰(zhàn)略、差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略以及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、人力、運(yùn)營(yíng)等職能戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提出了爭(zhēng)取政府支持、提供多種金融服務(wù)、發(fā)展村鎮(zhèn)銀行、尋求戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟和加快數(shù)字中心建設(shè)等幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:The city commercial bank is an important force in the financial system of our country, which plays an important role in the sustained, stable and healthy development of the national economy. With the increasingly fierce competition between banks, urban commercial banks increasingly need to manage from the strategic, from the internal and external links of the overall analysis, clear development strategy, integration of resources, Win the chance to survive and develop from the fierce competition. This paper takes Wuhai Bank as the research object, through the analysis of the development history and current situation of Wuhai Bank, from the perspective of SWOT strategic elements, the paper analyzes the macroeconomic environment and the industry competition environment faced by the development of Wuhai Bank. Based on the deep analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprises, it is concluded that the opportunities faced by Wuhai Bank are greater than the threats, the advantages are stronger than the disadvantages, so the growth strategy should be taken as the main strategy. On this basis, the overall strategy, differentiated competition strategy, marketing, manpower, operation and other functional strategies of Wuhai Bank are established, and the implementation of the strategy is proposed to win government support, to provide a variety of financial services, and to develop village and town banks. Seek strategic alliance and speed up the construction of digital center and so on several suggestions.
