【摘要】：如今,隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)一體化加快,發(fā)展農(nóng)村個人財富管理業(yè)務具有重要的意義,它不僅可以拓寬農(nóng)民增收渠道,也有利于農(nóng)村金融市場的完善,從長遠來看,還能促進社會主義新農(nóng)村建設。洛陽農(nóng)村信用社作為農(nóng)村金融的主力軍,卻至今未開辦個人理財業(yè)務。為探索洛陽農(nóng)村信用社個人理財業(yè)務的發(fā)展思路,本文利用文獻分析、調(diào)查研究、實證分析等研究方法,對與個人理財業(yè)務有關的國內(nèi)外文獻進行分析,詳細調(diào)查洛陽農(nóng)村信用社業(yè)務發(fā)展狀況,對洛陽農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務時具有的優(yōu)勢和存在的問題進行了詳細分析,并對國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展的特征的進行研究借鑒。在此基礎上,指出洛陽農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務的意義,根據(jù)洛陽農(nóng)村信用社在個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,提出具體的發(fā)展策略。本文從四個方面提出了洛陽農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務的具體發(fā)展策略,分別是個人理財產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、理財產(chǎn)品營銷、理財產(chǎn)品評價以及個人理財業(yè)務風險控制。 本文分為五部分：第一章是前言,主要論述論文的研究背景和意義,介紹論文的研究思路、方法以及論文的內(nèi)容和框架,分析國內(nèi)外相關文獻；第二章和第三章分析了洛陽農(nóng)村信用社個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展狀況,以及發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務面臨的問題；第四章從四個方面提出洛陽農(nóng)村信用社個人理財業(yè)務的發(fā)展策略；隨后對論文進行了總結,指出論文的不足,對未來發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務提出建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urban-rural integration, it is of great significance to develop the business of individual wealth management in rural areas. It can not only broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income, but also be conducive to the improvement of the rural financial market. In the long run, It can also promote the construction of a new socialist countryside. Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, as the main force of rural finance, has not set up personal finance business. In order to explore the development of personal finance business of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign documents related to personal finance business by using the methods of literature analysis, investigation and empirical analysis. The development situation of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperatives is investigated in detail, and the advantages and problems of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperatives in the development of personal finance business are analyzed in detail. And domestic commercial banks personal finance business development characteristics of the study. On this basis, this paper points out the significance of the development of personal finance business in Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, and puts forward specific development strategies according to the main problems existing in the development of personal finance business in Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative. This paper puts forward the specific development strategies of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative to develop personal finance business from four aspects, namely, personal finance product research and development, financial product marketing, financial product evaluation and personal finance business risk control. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the preface, mainly discusses the research background and significance of the paper, introduces the research ideas, methods, content and framework of the paper, and analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad; The second and third chapters analyze the development of personal finance business of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, and the problems faced by the development of personal finance business, the fourth chapter puts forward the development strategy of personal finance business of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative from four aspects. Then the paper summarized, pointed out the shortcomings of the paper, and put forward suggestions for the future development of personal finance business.
