【摘要】：在人類(lèi)歷史上弱者與弱者間的合作與互助,由來(lái)已久、綿綿悠長(zhǎng)。即使是在發(fā)達(dá)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境與機(jī)制下,世界各國(guó),包括OECD國(guó)家和廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家,合作金融特別是農(nóng)村合作金融都普遍存在,經(jīng)久不衰。其深邃的哲學(xué)人文關(guān)懷關(guān)愛(ài),深刻的經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)機(jī)緣,合作性金融同商業(yè)性金融、政策性金融三者彼此相克相生、相輔相成、同生共榮的三維架構(gòu),都極富啟迪,發(fā)人深省,催人不斷思考與探索。從哲學(xué)、人文、歷史、經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的綜合視角闡述了合作金融,特別是農(nóng)村合作金融存在發(fā)展的深刻的哲學(xué)人文底蘊(yùn)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)根源,包括歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)必然性,總結(jié)了近現(xiàn)代百余年來(lái)中國(guó)合作金融艱難曲折發(fā)展歷程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),提出"往建放生,新建新生"的中國(guó)合作性金融改革發(fā)展之頂層設(shè)計(jì)、改革路徑與具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The cooperation and mutual aid between the weak and the weak has a long history in human history. Even under the developed market economy environment and mechanism, cooperative finance, especially rural cooperative finance, exists widely in the world, including OECD countries and developing countries. Its profound philosophical humanistic care, profound economic and social opportunities, cooperative finance and commercial finance, and policy-oriented finance are mutually reinforcing, complementary, and prosperous, all of which are very enlightening and thought-provoking. Urge people to constantly think and explore. From the perspective of philosophy, humanities, history, economy and society, this paper expounds the profound philosophical and humanistic background of the existence and development of cooperative finance, especially the existence and development of rural cooperative finance, as well as its economic and social roots, including the inevitability of history and reality. This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of the difficult and tortuous development course of China's cooperative finance in the past hundred years, and puts forward the top-level design, reform path and concrete countermeasures of the reform and development of China's cooperative finance.
