【摘要】：在回顧相關(guān)科技型中小企業(yè)融資模式以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從云創(chuàng)新的視角提出科技型中小企業(yè)云融資模式的概念,并分析科技型中小企業(yè)云融資的適用性,構(gòu)建其云融資模式理論模型,指出它由個(gè)人、企業(yè)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)等多主體參與,基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)在復(fù)雜的融資環(huán)境下按特有的運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行的創(chuàng)新融資活動(dòng),進(jìn)一步分析其運(yùn)行機(jī)制�？萍荚迫谫Y模式將對(duì)科技型中小企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展、國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)改造起到助推作用。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the related financing models of science and technology SMEs and the research of Internet finance, this paper puts forward the concept of cloud financing model of science and technology SMEs from the perspective of cloud innovation, and analyzes the applicability of cloud financing for science and technology SMEs. The theoretical model of cloud financing model is constructed, and it is pointed out that the innovative financing activities based on Internet platform are carried out under the complex financing environment with the participation of individuals, enterprises, financial institutions, venture capital institutions, and so on. Further analysis of its operation mechanism. Scientific and technological cloud financing mode will promote the healthy development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises, the adjustment of national economic structure and the upgrading and transformation of industry.
