中國消費金融公司發(fā)展模式研究

【摘要】:在金融危機的背景之下,出口導向型的增長模式遭遇瓶頸,因而拉動內(nèi)需成為保證經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定增長的關鍵所在,為此中央先后制定了一系列擴大內(nèi)需,促進經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定增長的政策措施。在此背景下,2010年中國銀監(jiān)會同意籌建三家消費金融公司以促進居民消費。消費金融公司的設立對于我國擴大內(nèi)需、促進消費升級、拉動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變具有重要的意義。 本文首先從我國轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境出發(fā),闡述我國設立消費金融公司的必要性和可行性。其次,通過對中國消費金融以及消費金融公司的現(xiàn)狀的描述和分析,指出我國消費金融公司發(fā)展的前景和面臨的問題。再次,通過對比美國和歐盟消費金融公司的發(fā)展總結(jié)出我國消費金融公司可以借鑒的地方。最后,,根據(jù)全文分析結(jié)構(gòu),對我國消費金融公司的發(fā)展模式做出探索,從產(chǎn)品與業(yè)務、融資渠道、風險管理、人才建設等方面提出我國消費金融公司發(fā)展的方向,并從宏觀政策層面提出我國消費金融公司發(fā)展的配套政策與法律,為我國消費金融公司的發(fā)展和政府相關政策的制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the financial crisis, the export-oriented growth model has encountered bottlenecks, so stimulating domestic demand has become the key to ensuring stable economic growth. For this reason, the central government has successively formulated a series of expansion of domestic demand. Policy measures to promote stable economic growth. Against this backdrop, the CBRC agreed in 2010 to set up three consumer finance companies to boost consumer spending. The establishment of consumer finance company is of great significance for expanding domestic demand, promoting consumption upgrading, stimulating industrial transformation and economic structure transformation. In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of setting up a consumer finance company in China are discussed from the point of view of changing the mode of economic development and adjusting the macro-economic environment of industrial structure. Secondly, by describing and analyzing the current situation of consumer finance and consumer finance companies in China, the paper points out the prospects and problems of the development of consumer finance companies in China. Thirdly, by comparing the development of the consumer finance companies in the United States and the European Union, the author sums up the points that can be used for reference by the consumer finance companies in our country. Finally, according to the structure of the full-text analysis, this paper explores the development model of consumer finance companies in China, and puts forward the development direction of consumer finance companies in China from the aspects of products and business, financing channels, risk management, talent construction, etc. From the macro policy level, the author puts forward the supporting policies and laws for the development of consumer finance companies in China, which provides a reference for the development of consumer finance companies in China and the formulation of relevant government policies.
