【摘要】：從1979年改革開放以來，外資銀行在中國(guó)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了三十多載。中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織后，中國(guó)市場(chǎng)也漸漸成為全球最大的金融市場(chǎng)之一，金融業(yè)開放程度不斷加強(qiáng)，外資銀行來華發(fā)展的步伐越來越快，紛紛投入中國(guó)—這個(gè)世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家來尋找機(jī)會(huì)，分享中國(guó)改革開放帶來的新機(jī)會(huì)。那么，外資銀行進(jìn)入中國(guó)后的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r怎樣呢？如何面對(duì)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)遇到的問題呢？又將采取何種戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)對(duì)呢？ 本文從外資銀行的角度出發(fā)，分析出外資銀行在中國(guó)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要問題，通過對(duì)外資銀行戰(zhàn)略的思考，推出Q銀行在華發(fā)展應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分：第一部分是對(duì)文章的選題背景及意義，研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)做簡(jiǎn)單歸納。第二部分是提出國(guó)外學(xué)者對(duì)于跨國(guó)銀行的理論研究，分析了幾種不同的見解，從中總結(jié)出跨國(guó)銀行發(fā)展共性。第三部分詳細(xì)敘述外資銀行在中國(guó)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及路徑選擇。外資銀行從開始的起步階段，到擴(kuò)張階段，再到收縮階段和新階段共經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)過程，，通過對(duì)發(fā)展過程現(xiàn)狀分析，得出外資銀行發(fā)展具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和遇到的共性問題。第四部分和第五部分是在前幾章基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)Q銀行進(jìn)行詳細(xì)戰(zhàn)略研究，總結(jié)出該銀行在華發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，最后提出對(duì)策。最后，總結(jié)外資銀行在華發(fā)展情況，對(duì)未來的發(fā)展提出展望。 本文運(yùn)用管理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論，闡述了外資銀行在華發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)和面臨的主要問題。通過實(shí)證分析，定性和定量分析相結(jié)合等分析方法，運(yùn)用SWOT分析和PEST分析方法對(duì)Q銀行在華的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，最后總結(jié)出外資銀行的發(fā)展情況和對(duì)未來的展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in 1979, the development of foreign banks in China has experienced more than 30 years. After China's entry into the World Trade Organization, the Chinese market has gradually become one of the largest financial markets in the world. The degree of opening up of the financial sector has been continuously strengthened, and the pace of foreign banks' development in China has been growing faster and faster. Invest in China, the world's largest developing country, looking for opportunities to share new opportunities arising from China's reform and opening up. So, how about the development of foreign banks after entering China? How to face the problems encountered in the Chinese market? What strategy will be adopted? From the point of view of foreign banks, this paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of the development of foreign banks in China, and through thinking about the strategy of foreign banks, puts forward the countermeasures that should be taken by Q bank to develop in China. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is a simple summary of the background and significance, research content and structure of the article. The second part is to put forward the foreign scholars on the theory of transnational banks, analysis of several different views, summed up the common development of transnational banks. The third part describes the development and path choice of foreign banks in China. The foreign banks have experienced four processes from the beginning stage to the expansion stage, then to the contraction stage and the new stage. Through the analysis of the present situation of the development process, the advantages and common problems encountered in the development of the foreign banks are obtained. The fourth part and the fifth part are based on the first few chapters to carry on the detailed strategy research to the Q bank, summarizes the advantage and the disadvantage of the bank in China, finally puts forward the countermeasure. Finally, the paper summarizes the development of foreign banks in China, and puts forward the prospects for future development. Based on the theories of management and economics, this paper expounds the present situation, advantages and main problems of the development of foreign banks in China. Through empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper analyzes Q Bank's internal and external environment in China by means of SWOT analysis and PEST analysis, and finally summarizes the development of foreign banks and prospects for the future.
