【摘要】：十二五期間，國內生產總值增長目標略微調低，工作重點放到加快轉變經濟發(fā)展方式、切實提高經濟發(fā)展質量和效益上來，以利于實現(xiàn)更長時期、更高水平、更好質量發(fā)展。產業(yè)結構升級是經濟轉型的重中之重，也是實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必經之路，“十二五”期間，產業(yè)升級也到了關鍵時期，而金融發(fā)展對產業(yè)升級的影響也將發(fā)揮更大的作用。金融作為現(xiàn)代經濟的核心，其本質是在資金需求者與供給者之間建立橋梁，提供資金由盈余部門向短缺部門轉化的渠道。金融資源的配置會對宏觀經濟運行狀況和微觀企業(yè)的運行效果產生重大影響，，在產業(yè)結構調整中發(fā)揮至關重要的作用。產業(yè)結構的調整、轉化和升級都離不開金融的支持與協(xié)同發(fā)展。本文歸納總結了該領域國內外研究現(xiàn)狀，梳理了金融發(fā)展與產業(yè)結構的相關概念及理論基礎，對我國金融發(fā)展與產業(yè)結構升級的歷程和現(xiàn)狀進行分析，隨后運用實證研究分析了金融發(fā)展支持產業(yè)結構升級的實際情況，在理論研究和實證分析的基礎上，針對我國金融發(fā)展支持產業(yè)結構升級提出了相關的政策建議。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the GDP growth target was slightly lowered, and the focus of the work was on speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development and improving the quality and efficiency of economic development, so as to facilitate the realization of a longer period, a higher level, and a better quality development. The upgrading of industrial structure is the most important part of economic transformation and the only way to realize sustainable development. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, industrial upgrading has also reached a critical period, and the impact of financial development on industrial upgrading will also play a greater role. As the core of modern economy, the essence of finance is to build a bridge between the demanders and the suppliers, and to provide the channels for the transformation of funds from surplus to shortage. The allocation of financial resources will have a great impact on the operation of macro-economy and micro-enterprises, and will play a vital role in the adjustment of industrial structure. The adjustment, transformation and upgrading of industrial structure are inseparable from financial support and coordinated development. This paper summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad in this field, combs the related concepts and theoretical basis of financial development and industrial structure, and analyzes the course and present situation of financial development and industrial structure upgrading in China. Then the paper analyzes the actual situation of financial development supporting industrial structure upgrading by empirical research, and puts forward some relevant policy recommendations for China's financial development support industrial structure upgrading on the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis.
