【摘要】：20世紀90年代前后，國內城市信用社紛紛改制為城市商業(yè)銀行，城市商業(yè)銀行成為繼國有商業(yè)銀行、股份制商業(yè)銀行之后銀行業(yè)金融機構又一重要組成部分。此后，隨著我國國民經濟快速發(fā)展，城市商業(yè)銀行不斷發(fā)展壯大。與此同時，客戶對于銀行產品和服務的需求日益增加，銀行業(yè)競爭也不斷加劇，，城市商業(yè)銀行在小范圍內經營的弱勢日漸顯露，跨區(qū)域發(fā)展成為城市商業(yè)銀行的必然選擇。 本文以臺州市城市商業(yè)銀行為研究對象，在大量參閱國內外相關文獻的基礎上，綜合運用SWOT分析法、PEST分析法、波特五力模型等管理學方法，研究了臺州市城市商業(yè)銀行的跨區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，并結合浙江泰隆商業(yè)銀行麗水分行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施進行了案例分析。本文主要內容與成果如下： 1、對目前城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論和研究方法進行集中梳理，為全文研究奠定了基礎。 2、全面回顧了臺州市三家城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程和現狀，總結了三家銀行的發(fā)展特點。 3、綜合運用PEST分析法、波特五力模型，系統分析臺州市城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展的內、外部環(huán)境，全面掌握城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)與競爭、能力、資源等四個方面詳細情況。 4、運用SWOT分析方法，對臺州市城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展的外部機會、外部威脅、企業(yè)優(yōu)勢、企業(yè)劣勢逐一進行歸類分析，并提出可供臺州市城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇。 5、通過對浙江泰隆商業(yè)銀行麗水分行成功案例的實證分析，驗證了之前研究得出的臺州市城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，也為將來的跨區(qū)域發(fā)展提供經驗和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Around the 1990s, the domestic urban credit cooperatives have been transformed into city commercial banks, and the city commercial banks have become another important part of banking financial institutions after state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks. Since then, with the rapid development of our national economy, urban commercial banks continue to grow. At the same time, the customers' demand for bank products and services is increasing day by day, and the competition of banking is becoming more and more serious. The weakness of urban commercial banks operating in small scale is becoming more and more obvious, and cross-regional development becomes the inevitable choice of urban commercial banks. This paper takes Taizhou City Commercial Bank as the research object, on the basis of a large number of references at home and abroad, synthetically applies the SWOT analysis method to pest analysis, Porter's five-force model and other management methods. This paper studies the cross-regional development strategy of Taizhou City Commercial Bank and analyzes the case study on the implementation of the cross-regional development strategy of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank Lishui Branch. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. The theories and research methods of cross-regional development strategy of city commercial banks are summarized, which lays a foundation for the full study. 2. The development history and present situation of the three city commercial banks in Taizhou are reviewed, and the development characteristics of the three banks are summarized. 3. Synthetically using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model, systematically analyzing the internal and external environment of the cross-regional development of Taizhou City Commercial Bank, and comprehensively mastering the macro environment, industry and competition ability of the cross-regional development of the city commercial bank. Resources and other four aspects of the details. 4. Using the SWOT analysis method, the paper classifies and analyzes the external opportunities, external threats, enterprise strengths and weaknesses of Taizhou City Commercial Bank in cross-regional development. And put forward the strategic choice for Taizhou City Commercial Bank to cross-regional development. 5. Through the empirical analysis of the successful case of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank Lishui Branch, this paper verifies the cross-regional development strategy of Taizhou City Commercial Bank, and provides experience and reference for future cross-regional development.
