【摘要】：本文以"2009年中國農(nóng)村金融調(diào)查"81村1951戶專項(xiàng)入戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角考察我國農(nóng)戶民間借貸需求行為。研究表明:(1)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)越發(fā)達(dá)的農(nóng)戶,民間借貸行為越活躍,社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是農(nóng)戶平衡現(xiàn)金流、弱化流動(dòng)性約束的重要手段;(2)以社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的農(nóng)戶民間借貸行為是傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)的典型特點(diǎn),其規(guī)模和作用隨社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而趨于弱化,在現(xiàn)有農(nóng)村殘缺產(chǎn)權(quán)條件下,以社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的民間借貸對(duì)滿足農(nóng)村金融需求有積極意義,但其可持續(xù)性和穩(wěn)定性都還有待進(jìn)一步深入討論。本文的研究對(duì)理解農(nóng)戶民間借貸需求行為、深化農(nóng)村金融體制改革做了一些初步的有意義的探索。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 1951 households in 81 villages in China Rural Finance Survey in 2009, this paper investigates the private lending needs of farmers in China from the perspective of social network. The study shows that the more developed the social network, the more active the folk lending behavior is. The social network is the farmers' equilibrium cash flow. The typical characteristic of the traditional rural society is the folk lending behavior based on social network. Its scale and function tend to weaken with the social transformation and economic development. Under the condition of the existing rural incomplete property rights, the folk lending based on social network has positive significance to meet the rural financial needs, but its sustainability and stability still need to be further discussed. The research of this paper has made some preliminary and meaningful exploration to understand the behavior of farmers' private loan demand and deepen the reform of rural financial system.
