【摘要】：外匯儲(chǔ)備具有提高宏觀調(diào)控能力、維護(hù)一國(guó)的國(guó)際信譽(yù)、防范金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的作用。這并不是說外匯儲(chǔ)備越多越好，如果儲(chǔ)蓄過高的外匯，，那么必然會(huì)影響到國(guó)家的宏觀調(diào)控難度，從而將會(huì)讓國(guó)家面臨通貨膨脹的巨大壓力，不利于一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。所以要使一個(gè)國(guó)家健康穩(wěn)定地發(fā)展必須保證適度的外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模。我國(guó)的外匯儲(chǔ)備近幾年來增長(zhǎng)迅速，截至到2012年底,我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模高達(dá)3.31萬億美元。因此,針對(duì)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的現(xiàn)狀,本文針對(duì)外匯儲(chǔ)備的結(jié)構(gòu)和規(guī)模進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的綜合闡述，主要介紹外匯儲(chǔ)備的功能與定義，并簡(jiǎn)單介紹外匯儲(chǔ)備在我國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與歷程，以及大量外匯儲(chǔ)備對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的影響，按照國(guó)際外匯儲(chǔ)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來對(duì)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的規(guī)模是否適度進(jìn)行多方面論證。參考全球外匯儲(chǔ)備的結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀對(duì)我國(guó)的外匯儲(chǔ)備的資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)與幣種結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的各種問題進(jìn)行分析并完善。最后通過對(duì)國(guó)外先進(jìn)外匯儲(chǔ)備管理模式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒,給出適合我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備管理的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Foreign exchange reserve has the function of improving macro-control ability, maintaining a country's international reputation and guarding against financial risk. This is not to say that the more foreign exchange reserves the better, if the foreign exchange savings too high, it will inevitably affect the country's macroeconomic control difficulties, which will make the country face the huge pressure of inflation, which is not conducive to the development of a country's economy. Therefore, to make a healthy and stable development of a country, we must ensure the appropriate size of foreign exchange reserves. China's foreign exchange reserves have increased rapidly in recent years. By the end of 2012, the scale of China's foreign exchange reserves was as high as 3.31 trillion dollars. Therefore, in view of the current situation of foreign exchange reserves in China, this paper comprehensively expounds the structure and scale of foreign exchange reserves, mainly introduces the functions and definitions of foreign exchange reserves. It also briefly introduces the current situation and course of foreign exchange reserve development in China, and the influence of a large amount of foreign exchange reserve on our country's economy. According to the international standard of foreign exchange reserve, the paper discusses whether the scale of our country's foreign exchange reserve is appropriate or not. Referring to the present situation of the structure of the global foreign exchange reserve, this paper analyzes and perfects the assets structure and currency structure of our country's foreign exchange reserve, as well as the existing problems. At last, through the reference of foreign advanced foreign exchange reserve management mode and experience, the paper gives some policy suggestions suitable for our country's foreign exchange reserve management.
