招商銀行mySAP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的實施分析

【摘要】:隨著信息時代的來臨,以ERP應(yīng)用為標志的新的財務(wù)模式逐步成為一種趨勢。ERP能夠很好地實現(xiàn)共享以及層次豐富和企業(yè)信息集成的功能,其應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)分成四大模塊分別是財務(wù)模塊、人力資源模塊、生產(chǎn)控制模塊和物流管理模塊。財務(wù)模塊部分又可以進一步細分模塊. ERP集合了大量先進的管理理論思想架構(gòu),幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化管理而受到青睞。其中國內(nèi)外最大的ERP生產(chǎn)廠商是德國的SAP公司.旗下的MySAP商務(wù)套件是SAP的一個整套集合體,不僅包括R/3這樣大型的軟件,更重要的是應(yīng)用在線功能的各種即時功能,極大了縮短了時間.招商銀行就是選擇了mySAP這樣的套件,最早一批享用了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代帶來的即時功能,短縮了一些工作時間,為企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新打下了良好的基礎(chǔ). 本文共分為六個部分,,詳細地探討了招商銀行這樣的金融服務(wù)企業(yè)在實施ERP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)過程中出現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵問題。緒論部分先介紹了本論文的研究背景,意義,以及本文的研究內(nèi)容,介紹了本文的主要框架構(gòu)思。接著著力分析了近幾年國內(nèi)外關(guān)于此課題的研究狀況。第一部分從ERP的基本理論入手,接著簡單舉了兩個現(xiàn)在比較流行的ERP管理理論—全面質(zhì)量管理理論和業(yè)務(wù)流程重組理論。本文的對象是mySAP,在第一部的三四小節(jié),分別介紹了mySAP以及mySAP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的主要模塊。第二部分進入本文的案例部分,以招商銀行為例。對招商銀行進行了大體的介紹,說明了招商銀行財務(wù)系統(tǒng)面臨的問題,接著引出選擇mySAP的原因。第三部分是本文的主體部分,對ERP的實施。這部分主要介紹了招商銀行在實施SAP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的過程中各階段的流程以及需要注意的問題,以及招商銀行在各個階段中比較有代表性的事情的闡述。第四部分對通過對招商銀行實施mySAP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)后對其業(yè)務(wù)方面帶來的效率分幾點做了對比介紹,也介紹了mySAP的實施之后給招商銀行內(nèi)部帶來的問題的分析。最后以結(jié)論為一部分進行了總結(jié)性建議。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, the new financial model, marked by the application of ERP, has gradually become a trend. ERP can well realize the functions of sharing, rich levels and integration of enterprise information. The application system is divided into four modules: finance module, human resource module, production control module and logistics management module. Financial module part can be further subdivided module. ERP gathers a large number of advanced management theories and frameworks to help enterprises realize modern management. One of the largest ERP manufacturers at home and abroad is Germany's SAP Company. Its MySAP Business Suite is a collection of SAP that includes not only large software such as R / R / 3, but also, more importantly, a variety of real-time features that can be used online, greatly reducing time. China Merchants Bank has chosen such a suite as mySAP. It has enjoyed the instant functions brought by the Internet era, shortened some working hours, and laid a good foundation for the innovation of enterprises. This paper is divided into six parts and discusses in detail the key problems in the process of implementing ERP financial management system for financial service enterprises such as China Merchants Bank. The introduction introduces the research background, significance and research content of this paper, and introduces the main frame of this paper. Then it analyzes the research situation of this subject at home and abroad in recent years. The first part starts with the basic theory of ERP, and then briefly introduces two popular ERP management theories, total quality management theory and business process reengineering theory. The object of this paper is mySAP, in the first part of the three and four sections, respectively introduced the mySAP and mySAP financial management system of the main modules. The second part enters the case of this article, taking China Merchants Bank as an example. This paper gives a general introduction to China Merchants Bank, explains the problems facing China Merchants Bank's financial system, and then leads to the reasons for choosing mySAP. The third part is the main part of this paper, the implementation of ERP. This part mainly introduces the process of China Merchants Bank in the process of implementing the SAP financial management system and the problems to be paid attention to, as well as the description of the more representative things in each stage of China Merchants Bank. The fourth part compares the efficiency of China Merchants Bank with the implementation of mySAP financial management system, and also introduces the analysis of the problems brought to China Merchants Bank after the implementation of mySAP. At last, the conclusion is taken as part of the conclusion.
